Shipment

Shipment :
We usually send our packages via our partner DHL/Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs :
Our shipping costs (standard with tracking) are 3.00€ for orders under 19.99€.
For orders over 20.00€ we cover the shipping costs for standard shipping (with tracking).

Delivery time :
Your order will be with you within 3-7 working days after the purchase contract has been concluded. However, possible delivery delays cannot be completely ruled out.

Shipment tracking:
For orders within Germany, you will automatically receive access to shipment tracking information. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking details so that you can track the delivery status of your shipment.
